It's Time to Find Your Joy!

'Tis the season for gift giving and holiday cheer! Join in the fun for a two-day event complete with shopping, dining, entertainment and more in the elegant atmosphere of The Fort Worth Club! This exclusive event will feature a limited number of specialty vendors in a variety of categories. Participants can expect an enthusiastic group of members who come ready to shop. Opening Night will include live music, hosted bars, and heavy hors d’oeuvres for shoppers to enjoy while they browse the booths. The following morning, brunch bites and live music will keep shoppers entertained as they continue to sip and shop their way to the holidays.

Opening Night: Monday, November 25, 5-9 p.m.
Morning Brunch: Tuesday, November 26, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Set Up & Strike Down Details
Booth load-in will be available on Sunday, November 24 from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and Monday, November 25 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Booth strike will be Tuesday, November 26 from 2-9 p.m.

BOOTH SIZES (based on availability and committee approval):

STANDARD:
  • Includes 10'x10' space with up to (2) 6' tables with linens and (2) chairs
  • Boxed meals for up to (2) for both evening and morning sessions
PREMIUM: (limited availability)
  • Constitutes larger/corner spaces with up to (2) 6' or 8' tables with linens and (3) chairs 
  • Boxed meals for up to (2) for both evening and morning sessions
*Power outlets available by request only; please specify on application form*

SET UP & STRIKE DOWN DETAILS
  • Booth load-in will be available on Sunday, November 24 from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and Monday, November 25 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
